Brant Rock

While the facade of Brant Rock Apartments is somewhat plain with its gray siding, it is clean and maintained. The apartment interiors are of the same quality. Pros include: A large kitchen in the units and included washer and dryer set make them nice homes. The kitchens, bathrooms and entryways have real ceramic tiling and every unit's front door is located in a breezeway. There is a lovely community patio located just off the office, beside the pool. On the down side, a broken security gate (as of our inspection) and no onsite guard may leave residents feeling less than protected. Although the complex does boast one pool with hot tub, they are very small. The appliances are dated. Tips: There are beautiful, vaulted ceilings and additional windows in the third floor units.
