Arium Grandewood

After living here for almost 2 years I am happy I will soon be moving out and I hope this review will help others when deciding if this is a good place to live... I recommend living somewhere else. Most recently the rent drop box was "compromised" both my and my roommate's rent checks were stolen.. how this happened when we turned in our checks on different days I don't understand. The Venue's office is open everyday yet they didn't call us to tell us our checks were "stolen" until 3 days after we turned in our check... we had to go through the trouble of canceling our checks and monitoring our bank accounts for a week. After this I do not feel safe living here at all. Living here has been one headache after another, the people who work in the office are never helpful.
