One of the worst complexes I've ever experienced. Maintenance staff is unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Management tells you what you want to hear but has no real authority to make anything happened and just play games. Air conditioner has gone out over 10 times; they refuse to give me credit(my electric bill skyrocketed), offer a different apt, resolve the problem with a skilled technician, or let me out of my lease. Grounds are always dirty and parking is horrible. Positives are location and tends to be quiet. you will regret moving here!!!

We have lived here for quite awhile. The only thing that's keeping us here is our lease term. When it's over, we can't wait to move out. In fact, as early as now, we are already looking for a place to move. DON'T RENT HERE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

It'/s always a struggle to find parking space specially at night that it forces us to park further 3 buildings down from where we live.

Also, the gates are always broken almost 2-3x a week. So even if there's a so-called gate, safety is always a concern for residents here. One time we saw. Notes at our building posted by a resident that her car was broken into...

On top of this all,, LEASING AGENTS ARE RUDE SPECIALLY JESSICA! She was only "nice" when she was touring us. When we signed our contract the rudebess started. Everytime we ask for help or anything from the office like looking for packages or work orders, she has this "dismissing" attitude. She makes you feel that you are just one other tenant. I hate asking for help from her. If I can avoid, i will ask somebody else. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

They just announced that this apartments was acquired by Carroll Management. I hope they do something about this.

We have lived at the Nevadan for a year and half. My advice, If you are looking for a apartment in the sandy springs erea DO NOT chose the Nevadan. There are other apartments on Roswell Rd. to chose from at the same price point.

The two major problems with the nevadan is the on-site saftey and the management.

1. on-site safety: during our stay there were multiple thefts throughout the complex. At one point we recieved a letter from the managment advising us to avoid walking in the parking lot late at night. Police cars surveying the complex is a usual seen. Currently it is not a safe place.

2. Managment:

A.We had mold throughout our entire stay and it was never fixed, they would just paint over the mold over and over again never dealing with the real issue.

B. There was water damage to many Apartments including ours due to poor maintnance and upkeep of the property and it took managment 10 days to just respond and the damages were never fixed throughout our entire stay.

C. Multiple times myself and fellow neighbors we're over charged on rent, due to the disorganized and incompetent managment staff at the Nevadan. Others were even under charged for their rent and then fined later for a 'late payment'.

D.The current managers are Stephanie Franklin and Alta Brown they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest. I would have to assume that they wont have a job in the near future.

In conclusion, with the current onsite saftey and managment team, do your self a service and look elsewhere.
