“You have to see it for yourself ”

Prior to moving in I was a bit doubtful about my decision since I had read some of the negative reviews on here. Although I’ve been living in my 2 bedroom apartment for a year now and I can confirm that I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. The apartments have a reasonable price for the space and are in great condition. You can tell the staff cares about the property and it’s residents. We have had some changes in the office but it has only gone from good to even better! I can definetely say I’m a happy tenant!

The property manger is young and clueless, the maintenance is incompetent and the grounds are disgusting. What you think you will be saving in rent will be offset with higher than average utility cost from ancient appliances, poor heating and cooling and leaking/constant running water. Do yourself a favor RUN and don't look back. You will thank me later

“Love my new home!”

The property is always clean and the gate works! My apartment is a new renovation and it is the perfect size for me. I had planned on going out and taking part in entertainment and dining in the area but, I have been enjoying my home so much! Thank you Aishiana and staff!

“What the difference a few months make ”

I had to agree with all the bad reviews before. I’ve loiced here for 4 years. The previous manager and staff were horrible! Now they have had a new manager named Aushiana she has been there about 5 Months and she’s amazing! She had an amazing team and this property has done a complete 360! Come check it out on your own!

“Don't ignore the reviews”

I've lived here for one year, and since I've been here they have always had a problem with bugs. Lots and lots of bugs. Completely disgusting. The management staff, even though they put on a nice facade, lie like crazy. They make it really easy to sign the lease, but once your in you have to follow up with them life 5 times before you get a straight forward answer about anything concerning your money. So unprofessional. This was my first leasing experience out of college and this has been nothing short of a nightmare ESPECIALLY considering the money I've paid. It was not worth it at all.

I read the reviews before I moved in thinking that people were just exaggerating, but I won't make the same mistake ever again. I cannot wait to be through with this place.

“Rip off!!!”

I lived at the arium for 1 year and i was so happy when my lease ended. I think that it was such a waste of money to have to pay them $20 to take out my own trash and $60 for cable that i dont even watch. They have alot of problems with bugs which we pay $10 a month for. This company is a rip off.The people in the leasing office are so rude i could not stand the ladies and the new male who worked up there they have such a bad attitude and act like they were doing you a favor. They need to get Elijah back because I never once had a problem with him he was so respectful and was always willing to help. I can't say that for the others. overall I would not stay with them again because they charge all these fees for no reason which i think is ridiculous. You need to hire better leasing agents and keep the good ones you have like Elijah and the old manger the Hispanic guy!

“Consider this before moving to this property”

The community and apartments are decently masked, but, there are several things to be said about the office staff, maintenance requests, and apartments. 1. The office staff is friendly until after you're moved in. I submitted multiple requests as soon as I moved in and only 2 were addressed. The office staff are more concerned about 'looking the part' rather than being courteous, professional and provide good customer service. 2. The 'included' Comcast deal may seem appealing but it's not. I ended up with my own package, anyway... 3. The apartments are old. Some units have been re-done, and some, old carpet, old fixtures, hardware, and appliances. Make sure you see the exact unit you will be getting prior to signing ANYTHING! It's really sad to me, because the apartments are in a decent location and have the potential. Unfortunately the office staff, Carroll Management and their lack of professionalism and ethics, and the sugar coated property just really does not make this property a good one to call home. I would strongly advise anyone to look at other properties on the web.
