RentLingo Editor's Review
We sent a former property manager to investigate

Hampton Square is an above average property. It is nice without being overly impressive. The units are solid, if not a little dated. The property is nicely landscaped but the amenities aren't as extensive as they could be. The location is a definite plus for those with cars, especially commuters. Pros include: One of the best features of this property is its central location. The courtyard is also very beautiful, expansive and nicely landscaped. The units are well laid out and have lots of elbow room. On the down side, this location isn't ideal for those without a car. The units feel a bit dated, especially in the kitchens.

“30 Day Notice”

My lease is up the end of March. I got a notice put on my door reminding me about my lease. Then a week later got a phone call from the office telling me about my lease. I told over the phone if she (the person from the office) if she could put my 30 day notice in for me over the phone. I told her no because my lease isn't up until the end of March. Yesterday I went into pay my rent and told to put my 30 day notice in. I know exactly what the people are doing to me. They want me to move out asap so they could take me to court to pay more for living with termites. I think pass residents have been screwed over by management and staff at this apartment complex.
