Amber Creek Village Apartments

I can't do a 2 1/2 star rating, so I did 2 stars because it does not deserve 3 stars. These apartments are extremely expensive for why I don't know? I lived in the first building 1071 and all I can say is if you enjoy getting drenched every time you walk out the building door then this building is for you. You also get to step in about 5 inches of water because the sidewalk is uneven. There are no gutters on this building so when it rains you are literally walking through a waterfall. An umbrella does not help plus you are stepping into 5 inches of water on top of it. This building was quiet and I really don't have any complaints about that. They raise the rent every single year and give you nothing in return. They are pretty good about clearing snow in the parking lots.
