This property is so nice it's almost intimidating. It's very centrally located, has amazing amenities, and the units are just about the nicest you could imagine – for example, one unit has 80 square feet of closet space! Pros include: The community is amazing, so it's hard to pick and choose the creme de la creme, but the quartz countertops and built in surround sound are amongst the best parts of the units, and the underwater speakers are probably the most unique quality of the amenities. On the down side, for what you get it's a good deal, but because you get so much, you are also paying quite a lot too. Tips: There are over 15 different floor plans for the community. This community also has elevator access for all its units.
