We sent a former property manager to investigate

Abby Creek Apartments has an open exterior that is currently under building and landscaping renovations. The fairly new management is adding in more amenities and is giving the exterior a more modern look. The interiors are all nicely renovated and have a clean look. Pros include: There are new washer/dryers in select units. The appliances are all new and of good quality. The units have a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. On the down side, the complex is currently under renovation which is needed. There are no utilities included with rent. The parking situation can be problematic at peak times. Tips: The first floor apartments have hardwood flooring.

“Don't Move HERE!!!!”

DONT MOVE HERE!!!The apartment has cockroaches and management has basically told me too bad and to deal with it. I'm so fed up with their lack of care. I have been inconvenienced by having to get our apartment sprayed twice to get rid of the cockroaches but they have come back bigger and more. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! I am all about reviews and I really hate to do this but i am forced to bring an attorney into this because of how they don't care. I had to write a review so that anyone else doesn't have to be locked in for a year contract and then have to deal with what I am going through.
