We sent a former property manager to investigate

Brand new stainless steel appliances and luxury amenities such as a spacious, well-stocked fitness center and inviting pool area give this property a quality feel. Personalized details such as the option to have an accent wall painted any color of your choosing for $75 make this apartment feel unique. Pros include: The stainless steel appliances and quality amenities are definitely the high point of this community. The community goes above and beyond by providing multiple grills by the pool for resident use and a lavish community room with full kitchen and plenty of seating. Thoughtful details like convenient trash chutes on each floor so residents don't have to carry their trash to a dumpster further elevate the quality of the community. On the down side, the lack of guaranteed parking may be problematic for some residents. Reserved spots are available, but the availability and nature of them (covered or uncovered) appears to depend on what building your apartment happens to be in. The location is also not ideal. About The Location
We sent a former property manager to investigate

The community is directly off Westheimer and right next to a CVS Pharmacy, which may be annoying for resident with units on the west side of the building. Some units on the south side of the property back up to the main road and most likely have noise problems. Overall, the area has lots of shopping in the form of strip malls and chains like Target and Walmart but a lack of the kind of amenities one might find farther in to the city of Houston.

“UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF”

I really wish there was something LESS than a 1 star.

I lived here for two years. Throughout that time, I had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone of authority in the office. You can never get calls through to the manager or accountant without being rude first. They have no sense of loyalty or willingness to help or answer and questions. Especially if you are questioning their accounting.Don't bother calling the building, they won't call you back. Then when you question them about it, it's always 'we didn't get the message'. There should be a better system especially when you're in the customer service industry. You should really live somewhere that is professional even if it costs more. Not worth going through what we have for the cheaper cost.

Very disappointed.

Please please read review before going somewhere and actually take them to heart. These are real situations!

“Excellent Manager”

Good afternoon I would like to give a compliment for Angelica for her excellent customer service and her attitude very friendly and hospitality I felt like I am at home and she asked me if I need anything to let her know the maintenance came in 2 hours after the I submit my request

Usually it should take from 24-48 hours that was so fast I can't ask for more

“Horrible experience ”

Horrible experience the complex is located next to a fire fighting station sirens wont let you sleep no matter which hour of the day it is.

old amenities , creepy neighborhood really scary to go out at night even inside the complex.

dont let them fool you with Blattodea (google it ) season they were there during my entire stay and im so glad i left early .

“DO NOT LIVE HERE.”

The issue I am currently dealing with is that I requested and paid for a 12-month lease (an increased price from the extended lease period of 13+ months) however the leasing agent still wrote my contract for 13 months at the increased 12-month price. Now, 10 months later I'm ready to submit my 60 days move-out notice I realized the date had been incorrectly written on the lease. Even though I have all the documentation supporting that my request was for the 12-month lease and I paid the increased market rate for the 12-month lease, they will not honor the 12-month move out date nor will they credit me for my increased rate.

On top of all of that, regardless of this insanity going back and forth for me, the rent is WAY too high for what you're receiving (old apartments with gross carpet and peeling fake wood floors that hasn't been updated in years). When I moved in here the carpet was caked with some sort of cat or animal hair, so they clearly didn't use the previous tenant's pet deposit to clean the apartment when they moved out. They just pocketed the money. The safety lights outside of the apartment front doors are out 50% of the time, and I've found roaches now more than 3 separate times (and this is after all of the requests for bug treatments I've had).

Overall SOO disappointed by these people. The lease agents are not in sync with the manager - the manager is awful and customer service has been so poor. Really really disappointing. Live elsewhere.

“Horrible Staff”

I like the design and layout of the apartments and club house. However the staff is rude and unwelcoming. Sometimes when i go in regarding a question or to pick up a package they dont even say hello, they just stare at you, like what do you want. I dont know what kind of staff doesnt even have the decency to look at someone when they come into your building. I have literally had a full conversation with one of the managers there and she kept her back to me the whole time, didnt look at me once while i was asking a question. Very unproffesional and she was listening to Sierra " i know you want my goodies" while im standing in her office. What kind of management is this????
