“Sleazy renewal process”

Under new management. Leasing company issues rental increases at $3 under 5% to avoid additional notice requirements. Sleazy and unprofessional. Props to the manager for putting up with my outburst over this, but this renewal process shows the new leasing agent doesn't care about providing fair notice for such high increases, they are just simply trying to weasel their way around the rules to make extra cash, all at the expense of the tenant.

The additional notice requirements for increases are there not to put a burden on the landlord, but to allow the tenant time to decide whether or not they can actually afford the increase.

This year, I can't afford the increase. If I had 60 days notice (decent thing to do) I probably would have left.

“Horrible management ”

I’ve lived here for four years and the apartments are way over priced for the amenities and service that is provided. Apartments are old and falling apart. The construction is terrible. They have carpet in their eating area which is disgusting. I called in a service request over a month ago and have followed up every week to get it resolved. Management has still not fixed the problem. If you move in here don’t expect service once you sign the lease.
