Two-story white stucco buildings with Spanish tile roofs. Property is well-maintained and quite attractive and seems to get regular refreshing. Grounds are lush with many grassy courtyards, some with water features or amenities such as sand volleyball and a putting green. Units are older with standard appliances but are very well laid-out with wide hallways and large kitchens. Pros include: This is a very quiet property with lots of green and mature foliage giving it a resort feel. It is in an excellent location for proximity to many parts of Scottsdale. The units feel roomy and house-like. On the down side, kitchens and bathrooms have not been updated and still have older appliances. Some units have new faux-wood vinyl flooring, but not all. Tips: Outer perimeter units come with attached garages. Northeast side of property borders greenbelt walking trail.
Property is located on the older but prestigious community of McCormick Ranch. It borders the "Camelback Trail" greenbelt which connects to 25 miles of walking path through the valley. It is within walking distance to golf, shops and many restaurants. Just a few mile from the Loop 101 and only 10-minutes to downtown Scottsdale or the North Scottsdale Airpark.

In the last year there have been at least a dozen break ins. Cars and apartments, at all times of day and night.
Owners refuse to install security cameras or a night guard or any other solution to this situation.
Secondly, if you end up in an apartment above/below a noisy neighbor or dog who barks all night, management will not do anything about it, nor will they let you out of your lease.
Rents keep going up and quality of living is going down.
