“Good location and overall feel”

This is a nice area, and nice folks. the common areas are tidy and relaxing and the staff is helpful. I love living here! The places are small, but well organized.

Good location, nice building
Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

Avalon Belltown
This was a great place to live. Right by the Olympic Sculpture park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Seattle center.

Great residential area in Cap Hill
i love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
