730 S Clark St Description
Hi! My name's Jeremy Jackson. I'm an agent with Zumper. Chicago inventory is always a constant revolving door. I'm sure you've probably already clicked around about 15 places, but unfortunately the internet only goes so far! Give me a call (or text me) and have a quick chat with me. That way I can answer any questions you have, get you a showing for this place, or make an extra suggestion or two if there's something about this one that doesn't work for you. Feel free to Google me and see what past people I had the privilege of working with have to say!

Anyways, here are some details about what the property has to offer and hope to hear from you!

“A little noisey, but still an excellent place to live!”

I ended up here because of the central location and have stayed for three years since it’s comfortable, the staff is honest and efficient, relatively affordable and I’ve have very problems with anything else. The views are beautiful and gives you a very ideal city-living type of feel. The worst part is the noise and being right across the street from the CTA station. That being said, you can get pretty much anywhere in Chicago from Burnham, so it’s convenient.

Great location
Convenient to lots of ammenities near by. Great for hosting guests given proximity to Michigan Avenue. Condos @ 405 N Wabash are a little dated in general but offers great views. Also convenient groceries and good options in the building.

Old Town
This area is the north part of Old Town, which is a very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and bars as well as fantastic proximity to Lincoln Park and the lakefront. Not as ritzy as Gold Coast and not as crazy as Wrigleyville, but a convenient and popular spot for young professionals.

Delaware & Wabash
Love the area. Really accessible to River North, Gold Coast, Old Town, Loop. Great bars nearby (check out The Drawing Room), and good food/grocery options. Close to public transport (red line) as well. The only problem is it's tough to find affordable rent, but if you do, you should strongly consider it.

Great Neighborhood!
This place was two blocks away from the L--great for commute time! It was also a block away from Division which has a host of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Good boutique shopping.

Lincoln Park Gym
"If you're looking for a gym in Sheffield Neighbors or Lincoln Park, check out the DePaul gym. It is reasonably priced and they have nice facilities. (Non-students are welcome)"

Lincoln Park Zoo
The Lincoln Park Zoo is one of my favorite places in Chicago. It is a great place to lazily roam around with friends.
