Directly across the street, access the downtown transit tunnel and connect with buses taking you across King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. Take a light rail train to the UW, Sodo and Sea-Tac airport. See our application policies at There’s never a dull moment at the corner of Sixth & Pine. Good location, nice building
Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

Avalon Belltown
This was a great place to live. Right by the Olympic Sculpture park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Seattle center.

Great residential area in Cap Hill
i love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
