While the exterior is worn and dated, there is a substantial investment being put in to upgrade the units. This apartment complex is in transition towards becoming a more high end and vibrant community. Pros include: City 15's central location makes it a great place to live for people who want to experience the culture of the valley. Additionally, the upgrades that are currently being done to the units are high end and the complex itself has a safe feel. On the down side, the exterior of the building feels drab. There are no washer or dryers in units and there is often clutter on patios. Even after renovation the interior still feels dated. Tips: Some units come with enclosed garden areas.

The location has a working class suburban feel. It is conveniently located between Scottsdale and Phoenix, but backs up onto an industrial property. There is currently a large, ongoing construction project across the street.

Located in the historic heart of the valley, City 15 Apartments is has lots of open courtyard spaces. This apartment complex features a pool and the landscape is well manicured. The units are currently being upgraded and updated with new appliances and granite counter tops currently being put in.
