Buslines 3/4 will drop you off downtown at 3rd &; Pike in less than 15 minutes. Close to SU, Seattle Central Community College, Capitol Hill, Hospitals, Swedish, Virginia Mason, Harborview, half mile to the Mountains to Sound Greenway. Walk to gym, store, coffee, international district, pike/pine, etc.

Good location, nice building
Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

This was a great place to live. Right by the Olympic Sculpture park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Seattle center.

Great residential area in Cap Hill
i love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
