“Awesome Location, Great building!”

I have been living at 225 Centre since it opened back in October in 2013 and I LOVE IT!! The location is perfect as I work right in downtown Boston. I just check the transit screen in the mail room to see when the train is coming and then I walk on over to Jackson Square, takes me 10 minutes to get to Back Bay Station. Love the management and maintenance team they are always super responsive. When I first moved in there where a couple of small issues and when I reported them they came out the same day and fixed everything. I recently transferred into a bigger apartment and management was super helpful and accommodating. The building is always in tip top shape, clean hallways and trash rooms, recently the landscaping was redone and its beautiful. The location is perfect Whole Foods is a couple of blocks up on Centre Street. I am a big foodie so living on Centre Street is perfect you have every type of food option that you can think of. Over all I love living here and I see myself living here for a long time.

“All previous reviews not accurate”

This apartment is right next to the orange line located right next to one of the most questionable projects in the neighborhood. Once a week I see a barrage of police cars drive into the projects next to this building. Lots of people arguing outside the windows at night. Half of the entire building is dedicated to section 8 housing. 225 Centre Street isn't even in JP like they advertise, I actually reside in Roxbury! Walls aren't exactly sound proof. Elevators smell like strong weed. Lots of college students in this building, expect parties. I can't believe I didn't try to negotiate harder to get the price of my $2,500 unit down more. Poor management too. Don't expect any help if you're contacting them outside of the Monday-Friday 9-5 window.

Peach Farm (Chinatown)
Best late-night food in boston is found at the Peach Farm. Get there at 1:45am (or earlier) to get in, or else you'll be in line forever. Don't necessarily recommend living in chinatown, but it's fun to visit if you're out in beacon hill or back bay somewhere.

Great access to the Green Line and the Prudential Center, and a short walk to the South End. A bit touristy though, so you might have to walk an extra couple blogs to find the better restaurants or avoid holiday crowds.

Loved this apartment. Well-priced, responsive and friendly landlords (family owned, NOT copley group). Easy walk to Longwood/ Harvard Med as well as Back Bay. 5min walk to the Green Line Fenway stop.

Wonderful neighborhood!
I lived on Clarendon just south of Columbus and it was my favorite neighborhood in Boston. It's quiet with very little traffic and adorable brownstones, while at the same time still close to a lot of fun spots, including the Tremont restaurant and bar scene and the Boston Common.

Enjoyed proximity to so many different areas of Boston / Cambridge
We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere on weekends, from the South End to the North End, Harvard Square, Back Bay and everywhere in between. The lack of local grocery stores made a car pretty important, however, we really loved the mix of people in our neighborhood and the ability to walk everywhere!

Close to shopping (Shaws or Prudential), some offices nearby, and walking distance/short drive to South End restaurants

Green Street
This is a great location within 10 minutes walk to both Harvard and Central Squares. It is a quiet area and has ample street parking. There are bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and banks all in close walking distance. The neighborhood is a good mix of families and students. Running/walking paths are available along the Charles River.

Charming neighborhood
Very quaint and charming neighborhood, easy walking distance to downtown and Back Bay, and easy to hop on the T to Cambridge. Apartments tend to be older, and not a ton of nightlife, but some great restaurants

central sq (bishop allen drive)
Some good relatively inexpensive apartments here. Lots of fun bars in central. Less expensive than living in the city, although you need to build in time for the commute (don't recommend if you have a finance or consulting job but otherwise it's great)
