Good location, nice building
Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

Avalon Belltown
This was a great place to live. Right by the Olympic Sculpture park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Seattle center.

Great residential area in Cap Hill
i love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
Not the right fit? Don't worry, there are plenty of fish in the apartment sea. Take our Seattle apartment guide for another spin.
Not the area you're looking for? We must've missed the mark. We'd still love to help with your apartment search, wherever you may be looking from sea to shining sea.
