My good friend has been living here for almost 2 Years. The maintenance people are rude, argumentative, and always appear inhebriated or reeking alcohol. The worse part is that these are the same people that have keys to your apartment and enter whenever they feel like it. One time weeks after they were suppose to come and fix the bathroom floor, I was asleep early morning in the bedroom and wasn’t expecting maintenance. I woke up to someone whistling. When I approached the living room there were 2 men reeking alcohol saying they were there to fix the floor. I said no one said anything and they respond fed we have keys. But that’s wrong bec they should come when they say they are and if not let ppl know. Hallways are filthy. The person in charge of garbage is very minimal with his work. Recycle room is so so dirty. The only positive thing is the security officer James. This man works so hard. He holds packages for ppl. He’s always there to let ppl in or ask where they’re going. However, when James isn’t around rap over night.. the security is missing in action. Dangerous to stand by that window to wait for someone to buzz you in. The light fixtures in the hallways a lot of them are broken.

I would strongly advise people not to move in. Management is rude and unprofessional, especially Linda. The complex always smell like weed and the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. And by everything, I mean every single thing.

Lastly, if you choose to disregard the above and move in, double and triple check your lease. They will scam you every chance they get.

The only decent thing there is James, the security guard. He's super nice.
