Great location
Convenient to lots of ammenities near by. Great for hosting guests given proximity to Michigan Avenue. Condos @ 405 N Wabash are a little dated in general but offers great views. Also convenient groceries and good options in the building.

great loft apartments, nearby red line and supermarket, benchmark, pour house, second city, north avenue beach, walking distance to river north. what more can you ask for?

Old Town
This area is the north part of Old Town, which is a very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and bars as well as fantastic proximity to Lincoln Park and the lakefront. Not as ritzy as Gold Coast and not as crazy as Wrigleyville, but a convenient and popular spot for young professionals.

Sheffield and Diversey
Great area. El is a 2 minute walk away. Easy access to the bars on Lincoln and in Wrigleyville (which is particularly convenient for cubs games in the summer). Only downside was that it was difficult to get to the highway (Diversey can be difficult during high traffic hours)

Delaware & Wabash
Love the area. Really accessible to River North, Gold Coast, Old Town, Loop. Great bars nearby (check out The Drawing Room), and good food/grocery options. Close to public transport (red line) as well.
The only problem is it's tough to find affordable rent, but if you do, you should strongly consider it.

Living Near a major intersection of Lincoln
I highly recommend living near a major intersection of Lincoln. Restaurants and bars galore and always close to mass transportation... these major intersections tend to become the gateways to major festivals, etc.

Great Neighborhood!
This place was two blocks away from the L--great for commute time!
It was also a block away from Division which has a host of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Good boutique shopping.

Lincoln Park Gym
"If you're looking for a gym in Sheffield Neighbors or Lincoln Park, check out the DePaul gym. It is reasonably priced and they have nice facilities. (Non-students are welcome)"

Ranch Triangle Shopping
Can be super convenient, but watch out for traffic on the weekends and at rush hour.

Lincoln Ave Bars
The bars here can be fun for football games, but they can also be annoyingly loud / crowded when you are trying to avoid them.
