“Slumlords”

Nothing gets repaired. Roof leaks into upper units. Pot smokers that "share" with the entire building. Halls are filthy and never get cleaned or vaccumed Good luck getting anything out of these people, they want your rent and that's it!!!

***bedbugs*** in a couple units too.
