“TERRIBLE”

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. AND IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, I WOULD. OLYMPUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE OFFICE ARE BOTH INCOMPETENT.

I moved in June of 2014, when Union was still owned and operated privately (not by a huge corporation).

THEN JANUARY 2015 HAPPENED. OLYMPUS PROPERTY BOUGHT UNION.

Just as big government ruins everything that is good, so did Olympus. In came the attitude of Corporate America, all about the money, and treating you like a slave, a piece of garbage. If you're a few days late on your payments, we'll fine you first, and then send threatening emails to evict you. Rules? What community rules? They don't enforce them. I would like to exclude (CB), the Assistant Manager from this discussion, as he was great to work with, and should be the Property Manager.

I lived on the first floor on the south end of the building, and when the heavy rains came in June 2015, it flooded my apartment. Long story short, since I was moving out, she did the least amount of work possible. I tried to contact Olympus Corporate to tell my story, and hopefully negotiate a reimbursement of my last months rent back, as the Manager was unwilling to work with me, AND I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE AFTER LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES.

IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD RUN, NOT WALK AWAY FROM SIGNING A DEAL WITH UNION AT CARROLLTON.
