Two- and three story beige stucco buildings. Property is beautifully maintained and has many grassy courtyards with water features, gas grilling stations, tennis and sand volleyball courts. Units are older with standard features such as white appliances, but they are large with well-designed floor plans. Pros include: Property is beautiful and quiet yet within easy walking to North Scottsdale's most upscale shopping areas. It is next to a golf course. The amenities are nicely spread-out throughout the complex, so all units are near something, and many are near a gas grilling station. Units have spacious floor plans (they were built as condos) with large master bedrooms. On the down side, although the pool is large and is as nice as a resort pool, there is only the one pool for the 350+ unit property. Since property is large and spread out, some units are far from it. Units have standard features such as older white appliances and overall look somewhat dated. Tips: Some of the floor plans come with attached garages. Watch out: The units at the southeast end of the complex are the farthest from the pool.

This property is the sister to the Legend at Kierland right next door. They are owned and operated by the same company and appear almost identical. It is located on Greenway Parkway, next to a golf course and just a few minutes walk to two grocery centers and both upscale centers, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. It is also with a few miles proximity to the Loop 101 and Hwy 51.
