The community just had a complete overhaul in 2013, so everything is fresh and new. The appliances are stainless steel, and the cabinetry is high end. Unfortunately they went with the less luxurious laminate counter tops and standard carpeting, but it's still clean and well done. Pros include: The enormous tub in the master bathroom is a rare find in the Phoenix area. The tub, coupled with the stainless steel appliances and fireplace make the units incredibly comfy feeling. The other great thing about this place is the location. It has a great locally owned market and tons of unique, hip restaurants, all within walking distance. On the down side, the gym is pretty bad. It's tiny and only has a few pieces of equipment. It's clear that the residents use it quite a bit, as it was smelly and a little dirty upon our inspection. Tips: Some of the units have faux wood flooring throughout.

The property is on Camelback Corridor, a highly desirable, vibrant Phoenix suburb. It's walking distance from Le Grande Orange, Postinos, and other fine dining and shopping. This is a safe but busy location.
