What this community lacks in curb appeal, it more than makes up for with its well done amenities and beautifully updated apartments. Each unit has real hardwood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The faux laminate in the kitchen areas is a modern, large plank pattern, and the carpets are plush. The gym is large with new equipment, and the main pool has a lovely waterfall. Pros include: The apartments are quite large and have well designed open floor plans. They are newly remodeled, so everything inside feels fresh and new. The convenience store is also a great feature for a complex of this size. They spent their renovation budget in all the right places with this community. On the down side, the exterior of the community is extremely dated, but it does have a fresh coat of paint. There is no getting around the fact, though, that it's not pretty. The roadways within the complex need to be resurfaced as well.

This community is in a quiet residential area, but just off of a busy street. Most of the property, though, runs along its own streets. It's within walking distance of a supermarket, fine dining, and shopping.

Loud music all hours of the night..beer cans beer bottles.. kids leaving wrappers trash all over..every weekend in phase 2 by the North gate..cars speeding through the complex..feels like a college party town..and nothing is ever done about it
To be honest people are receiving the benefits of an amazing staff and maintence team that does their best to keep the tenants happy and also the 4 pools they have and a jaccuzi at the main pool and the views from the patios look amzing from certain areas
I lived there for 2 years, my rent was raised both years. I called multiple times for broken items and they would come out and say they fixed it but the items were still broken. The sprinkler kept getting my car wet every night in my parking spot and i would call the office and they wouldn't do anythign about it. this went on for MONTHS and ruined my new car. the office didn't do anything about it. when i moved out (because once again they were raising my rent) the charged me OUTRAGEOUS prices for "repairs" i still have yet to see an invoice. I am going to fight the move out charges thankfully i work for a lawfirm but many people just have to bend over and let them shove it in their you know what. do NOT move here you will regret it!
While these apartments look good because they big, they are not. They are worn down, the neighborhood is really loud. It's not really worth the rent they want to charge. The carpets are passed off as new, but are not. Parking is really bad. When the apartments were sold the new owners raised the rent. When you move out they try to take you for more money charging you for cleaning for stains that were already in the place.
Good size bedroom, nice color on the walls, stainless steal appliances. The downside to these apartments are torn, stained indoor outdoor carpeting. entranceways are run down. Landscaping in the back of the complex is poor. They do not I repeat do not have a state-of-the-art fitness center. Some of the free weights are missingand sometimes the machines aren't working. The dry-cleaning you drop off at the store but there is not a dry cleaning place in this complex. Back gate is open constantly and in the front so people can walk in here all hours of the night which they do. Lots of trouble with the police. So although the inside of the apartments are very nice, many of the tenants are questionable, although there are many nice ones. A couple years ago the play started becoming run down. Most of the sites on the Internet giving the wrong rent it is much much higher
