Beige stucco, three-story, upscale looking property in busy, slightly run-down area. Units are well laid-out with plenty of closet space, but paint and carpet look worn. Pool is nice with its waterfall feature and hot tub, but outside hallways feel dark and tight. Pros include: If a frequent traveler in-town or by plane, location can't be beat, as it sits just off one of the main city freeways and is just minutes from the airport entrance. Apartments all come with washer and dryer in the unit, assigned covered space or garage, as well as having spacious floor plans and lots of storage space. On the down side, the inside of the units need updating, with chipped paint and worn carpet. Outdoor hallways are dark with many apartment doors close together. Extra parking is limited, with potential to fill at nighttime. Tips: There are lots of different floor plans and some come with a garage. Watch out: Sky Harbor International Airport so close by, noise can be an issue at certain times of the day.

Property sits directly on 24th street, which leads to one of the main airport entrances. It is also just off the Loop 202/Interstate 10 freeway. Although quite noisy outside, it did not feel of concern inside the units inspected. Location is also just a few miles south of the upscale Biltmore Fashion area.
