Overall this complex should be considered pretty great for lower income residents because they are very inexpensive, the units are acceptable, and they have nicer amenities that most lower income properties do not have. The property is older looking, but will soon have a fresh coat of paint. Pros include: The recreational amenities are the best feature of this community. The playground is covered so not to burn the kiddos playing on it during the summer months and it's pretty large. The pool/spa is nice, even though it needs updating, and the basketball court is full size. The interior units have some nice features as well. In the wet areas and the front entrance they have installed lovely faux wood plank flooring. On the down side, maintenance needs to do a better job of walking the property because there's scattered garbage around residents’ units. The appliances are extremely outdated, but in decent shape.

Casa Anita is located on 83rd Avenue just south of McDowell Road. The Cricket Pavilion is right next door and Sam's Club is right across the street. There's a bus stop conveniently located in front of the property and there's a QT within walking distance. The community sits in a residential/commercial area with many agricultural lots in the immediate vicinity.

The apartments are clean but the appliances are extremely old! But my main concern is all these extra fees added to rent, those fees are so wrong! My rent amount is 699$ per month but after these bogus fees its over 800$, my rent should b the same amount every month! I can't afford this and we r paying for things we dont use, what is the common areas? I refuse to use their laundry room or the fitness room, i dont use public swimming pools but yet i have over 100$ n fees! Plus maintenance is terrible, took over two weeks to fix my fridge, thats unacceptable! Still some days i dont have hot water, i moved here cause the rent was very affordable but after all these added fees, i can't afford to stay here!
