The upgraded apartment is very nice and the property will be nicer when ongoing renovations are completed. Some of the apartments still feature older flooring and appliances and the amenities are currently limited. Pros include: The proximity to entertainment, restaurants, shopping and the freeway is a big plus for people who like having things close by. The faux wood floors and the massive patio are nice features inside the apartment. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and the kitchen is a good size. There is a separate laundry room off of the kitchen and storage on the patio. On the down side, the apartments can get a bit of noise from the surrounding shopping and the movie theatres. Tips: The renovated apartments feature faux wood floors and black appliances, opposed to the carpeted/tile flooring and white appliances in the standard apartments. The standard apartments cost less though.

While this complex is close to shopping and the freeway, there's not a lot of noise or traffic around the front of the complex. The front of the complex faces the back parking lot of a movie theatre, so it may get very busy in the evening or on weekends. There's a tons of shopping within walking distance, including a Costco, and lots of restaurants, too. This is a gated community.
